Karlsruhe was a bit of a late entry for us after debating whether or not to enter due to other commitments outside of dog showing, but wow, I am glad we did enter!
George was an absolute superstar taking best veteran on both days plus Best of Breed on Sunday then a 2nd place in a strong gundog group. WOW!!
I pushed Louis up to open class but that proved to be a mistake. He just wasn't ready and looked so small against the other open class dogs. Like William, he's entering that adolescent phase and looking a bit all over the place and needs time to mature and grow. That aside, he got excellent judgement reports that recognised his age and development.
